Junior Consultant
We are currently looking for a bright, committed and passionate Junior Consultant to join our rapidly expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading consumer-centric consultancy, working across branding, innovation and strategy projects.
Promise Communities has developed an innovative and bespoke technology platform to facilitate co-creation processes online: through our communities offering we help companies solve a broad range of brand, insight and innovation challenges and enable them to bring their staff closer to their customers. It is a fresh and exciting approach to market research and new product development which we believe will become an integral part of every company’s tool kit in the near future. In the last few years we have launched and curated national and international communities for clients such as Kraft Foods, Nestle, Virgin Media, Sony Music, the Open University and Intel.
Together with the lead Consultant you will be responsible for handling and delivering client projects by conducting analysis, writing presentations and converting community conversations into clear client recommendations. This is not a ‘back-room’ role: we are looking for a real doer and a proper team player, supporting the lead Consultant in building and developing the client relationship from day one. This role is a perfect stepping stone to develop consultancy skills in the world of branding, research and innovation.
We are based in the heart of Soho, London and also have a presence in the U.S. The culture at Promise Communities is very entrepreneurial, providing ample opportunity for individual development and growth. Our ideal candidate will preferably have 1-2 year’s experience in planning or insight (ideally at a consultancy or other similar agency), although we will also consider graduate candidates. You should have a 2:1 or 1st from a top university, have excellent writing and oral communication skills, a natural knack for the online world & social media - having to connect with individuals online you need to be highly empathetic.
This is an exciting role for anyone looking to enter the consultancy and co-creation space. You will learn how to engage consumers in insight and innovation projects. You will learn how to drive meaningful conversations in online collaboration environments and you will gain a solid grounding in consultancy. You will have substantial responsibilities from day one, providing excellent growth opportunities for the right candidate. We have recently won several large clients and are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible, with the ability to hit the ground running and assist in handling client relationships within a couple of months!
Consultant/Senior Consultant

We are looking for a committed and passionate Consultant to join our rapidly expanding team. As a Consultant you will be responsible for managing and growing 2 key accounts, building strong relationships with clients and delivering high-quality recommendations. You will be supported by and report to a Senior Consultant, but will be expected to act with a large amount of autonomy on a day-by-day basis. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-5 years experience in planning/account management (advertising), branding, innovation, social media or insight, ideally at a consultancy or other similar agency. You should be hungry to learn, have tons of energy, be super passionate about brands and have a natural knack for the online world & social media. While we appreciate that co-creation is quite a new concept, previous experience with online/offline co-creation approaches will be a plus.
Consultancy Director
Promise Communities is seeking a Consultancy Director to help us grow the business and drive forward the quality of our methodologies, outputs and recommendations.
This is a demanding role for a passionate and far-sighted individual. You will come in to setup your own “business unit”, eventually being account director for 6-7 key strategic accounts. This will involve generating new business opportunities, growing your team and managing its overall performance in line with Promise’s vision and goals. You will be working in a leadership position, managing several top quality consultants, whilst constantly assessing the business objectives and defining your own priorities.
