Our technology is at the leading edge of online collaboration. We have worked with some of the world's leading technologists, psychologists and usability experts to design it.
At the centre of our technology sit an array of tools that allow us to co-create solutions with the community. These tools include Brainstorming Rooms, Idea Voting Sessions, Live Online workshops, quant and qual surveys, usability testing, diary keeping, multimedia exchange and 1-2-1 interviews. These tools are complimented with a mix of powerful features that have been designed to absorb participants in the process and build their engagement.

A team of eight full time developers work on continuously improving the technology: from improving usability to designing new cutting edge tools.

We have spent a lot of time developing our intellectual property - we see it as our greatest asset. Our internal Co-creation Wiki sits at the centre of our intellectual property development. The Co-creation Wiki is a collaborative platform where our team and guest experts have written the "bible of co-creation". It is where we develop our best practices and our own research innovations blossom. Inside the Wiki you will find everything from NPD and Brand Positioning processes through to psychological techniques to enable participants to interact with honesty and intelligence.
Whilst we have these processes and tools we are acutely aware that every client and every community is unique. This means that we tailor everything that we do - there certainly is no one size fits all solution.
