Oliver Gaymond
Oliver has always been interested in finding interesting answers to big problems. Specialising in logic during his Philosophy degree he came to appreciate the need for a delicate interplay between creativity and rigorous method. When it came time to do something more grounded in the real world, he quickly found he could marry his love of challenging problems with his consumerist desires in the unique world of brand strategy.
Never one to turn down a challenge (just ask about the client debrief in a cattery!) Oliver has gained experience across a range of sectors including audio, FMCG, financial and telco. His passion for technology and knowledge of the industry lead to helping position the launch of HTC's own-branded smartphones as well as projects for Ericsson and Orange.
Oliver's days as England Fencing captain are long behind him, preferring now to indulge his interests in computers and music. A keen musician he has played in several bands and is sure that one day he will get round to writing solo material.
