What we do
A Promise Community is a private, online, interactive community filled with customers and/or stakeholders, all dedicated to the mission of making your business succeed. We like to think of these communities as your brand's personal, 24/7 consumer advisory board, where constant contact with your audience keeps you relevant and innovative.
Our communities have proved immensely powerful. They have helped brands keep a pulse on customer attitudes, uncover new product and service ideas, speed up decision making and de-risk innovation. Internal buy-in on decisions with community involvement happen much faster and as such the time to market is greatly reduced.
What types of communities do we build?
These communities can be used for a multitude of purposes, from acting as a sounding board, through to figuring out how to improve the customer experience. Broadly speaking we build four kinds of communities:
Who can join these communities
Who joins your community depends on your objectives: a Promise Community can be populated with customers, staff, stakeholders and experts, or a mixture of the four.
What we don't do
...do quick and dirty consumer research.
...flog products to our collaborators.
...do marketing communities: these are communities aimed at building awareness and preference for a brand. Our communities are for innovation, research and strategy purposes only. Sure, they will generate some advocates, but that is not the purpose of our communities.
...share personal information with any third party - what happens on the community, stays on the community! It's all part of the NDA agreement between Promise, client, and collaborators.
